After many albums under different projects, Lance Ferguson will release the first album under his own name. 'Raw Material' is out on August 4 and is an album inspired by vinyl, digging and sampling culture. Thirteen new tracks have been created by Ferguson and a great line up of guests by sampling from twelve funk, jazz and disco recorded just for that purpose. The first taste is "Back To You", which was built from samples taken from "2 + 1", featuring Kylie Auldist. Pre-order the album here.

Following on from the huge success of Kungs' rework of Cookin' On 3 Burners' "This Girl" is 'Vs' - a collection of five new dancefloor friendly remixes of songs by Australia's premier hammond organ combo. Producers such as Funk LeBlanc, Sterofunk and Australia's own Yolanda Be Cool join the party. The original versions of all six tracks are included, making this the perfect introduction to both side of the band. Grab or stream it here

Kungs remix of the Cookin' On 3 Burners song 'This Girl' is now officially certified either Diamond, Multi-Platinum, Platinum or Gold in 11 countries around the world, including U.S, U.K, France and Australia! The song reached the Top 5 in 29 countries last year, including Number 1's in Germany, France, Russia and Scotland. Look out for the new 'Versus' EP featuring all-new Cookin' On 3 Burners Remixes out on Warner in early 2017!

Our first Sydney show in over a year and a half is going to be a special one. We'll be bringing in 2017 with our ‘New Year’s House Party’ at Sydney's home of soul and jazz, The Basement. 

A big shout out to the crowds at Wangaratta Jazz Festival on Friday night and everyone at Lost Lands on Sunday in Werribee. They were two really special shows!
